Rengar | Aggro Tempo | Deck Guide

Rengar is a Body/Fury aggro-tempo deck built around making every unit deployment matter. Whenever you play a unit, the Legend gives one of your units +1 Might for the turn, so chaining creatures naturally improves your combats while expanding the board.

Early game: Establish pressure with Inferna, Pit Rookie and Irresistible Faefolk. Inferna can Ambush into an existing battlefield and attacks as a 3-Might unit, while Pit Rookie leaves a permanent Might buff behind. Irresistible Faefolk can pull an enemy unit into its battlefield when it moves, letting you engineer more favorable fights.

Mid game: Keep resources available for reactive threats. Nidalee, Cat Form can Ambush into a battlefield and draws a card whenever she wins combat, while Grim Apothecary can enter the same way and return one of your battlefield units to hand for later reuse. Kai'Sa, Survivor can enter ready through Accelerate and replaces successful conquests with another card.

Late game: Thrill of the Hunt lets you banish one of your units and immediately replay it to any battlefield for free, retriggering both its play abilities and the Legend while suddenly relocating your pressure. Rengar, Trophy Hunter can Ambush directly onto an enemy-held battlefield even when you have no unit there, giving the deck a powerful way to contest unexpected locations and force through the final points.
