Privacy Policy

Rift Atlas is an unofficial fan site for Riftbound. The site does not require user accounts and does not sell user data. The site does, however, use analytics, browser storage for contact-form drafts, and email providers to receive and respond to messages.

When you browse Rift Atlas, the hosting and analytics stack may process technical data such as IP address, approximate location, browser and device information, referring pages, visited URLs, and timing or interaction data.

When you use the contact form or send email to Rift Atlas, the site may receive the name, email address, subject line, and message content you provide, along with related delivery metadata needed to process or reply to that message.

The contact form also stores an unsent draft in your browser's local storage so you do not lose your message before submission. That draft stays on your device until it is sent, cleared, or manually removed.

Rift Atlas uses information to:

• operate, secure, and improve the site,
• measure traffic and feature usage,
• respond to support requests, feedback, and partnership inquiries,
• debug delivery, abuse, or reliability issues.

Rift Atlas currently uses Vercel for hosting and web analytics, and Resend for contact-form delivery and inbound email forwarding. Those providers may process personal data on behalf of the site as needed to provide their services.

Third-party links on the site, including card pricing or external play tools, are governed by the privacy practices of those third parties once you leave Rift Atlas.

Rift Atlas does not currently offer user accounts or ad-tech tracking. The site does use browser storage for contact drafts and may rely on cookies or similar technologies from hosting, analytics, or embedded third-party services when those services are active.

Analytics data is retained according to the settings and retention policies of the providers used by Rift Atlas. Contact emails and form submissions may be retained as long as reasonably necessary to reply, keep conversation history, or maintain operational records.

You can avoid submitting personal information by not using the contact form or by contacting Rift Atlas through a separate email account of your choice. You can also clear local draft data through your browser's storage controls.

Rift Atlas may update this policy as the site changes. Material updates will be reflected by changing the "Last updated" date on this page.
