In-game bug reports can include a screenshot with a single checkbox. Uncheck it to discard the image before sending.
Card artwork and card backs now recover from temporary image failures automatically, with a readable placeholder while images are unavailable.
Target arrows stay aligned with cards when resizing the window or changing card sizes.
In-game community questions can receive additional verified-judge answers without losing the first reply. Explicit corrections keep the original text struck through, and answers from Wizened Judges show a Verified judge badge. Community judges chat in blue; verified judges chat in purple. Judge chat and answer attribution prefer the member’s Rift Atlas Discord nickname.
Reports of inappropriate player names now receive an automatic name-only check. Clear severe abuse can lead to an indefinite account restriction with an appeal path; uncertain names remain for manual review.
Actions queued during network delays now follow newly drawn cards and new Chain entries correctly. Auto-pay uses the current resources; payments that can no longer complete leave resources untouched and show an explanation.
Rapid resource and counter adjustments now preserve their order at zero and maximum values. Rune actions that are already satisfied no longer cancel other queued rune actions.
In-game `@judge` questions now go to Discord’s `ingame-questions` forum. Existing questions in `ruling-questions` keep their answer and discussion links.
Card ping sounds now fade out cleanly without a crackle at the end.
Changelog
Week 36
Aug 31–Sep 6, 2026
If the Simulator lobby cannot open, recovery now includes sign-in and account appeal links that remain usable when sign-in fails to load.
Signed-in multiplayer sessions now refresh in place, so returning to an idle match does not interrupt the next action.
Card actions, including Kennen’s Empower shortcut, now use the current game state without needing to tap or refresh the card first.
Release Community rules help: Use `@judge` in multiplayer matches to ask the Rift Atlas Discord community a question. Linked helpers can enter directly as spectators and chat with a Judge label. Submitted answers prominently show the helper's name in match chat and a separate Discord reply; rate them Helpful or Unclear. Private conversations stay with the requester and eligible helpers in-game, while Discord forum members can still read the question and submitted answer.
Use `@bug` to save an in-game bug report and follow its Discord discussion link to add screenshots. Your private chat receipt shows whether Discord delivery is pending or failed and restores after reloading.
Community questions and bug reports receive short AI-generated Discord titles. Greetings, unrelated submissions, and unreadable questions show a not-posted explanation with an option to edit. Clear severe abuse in a submission or submitting name leads to an indefinite account restriction with an appeal path; unchecked submissions wait for screening before reaching Discord.
The in-match Help button now has a visible label, and the first-game prompt points directly to it.
Opening a player report keeps keyboard focus in the report dialog, and closing it returns focus to the player's profile button.
Saved and community decks use the same Legend · Champion identity label, with the deck name shown when both card names are blank.
Initiative d20 rolls now tumble and bounce with contact shadows, land with a clearly readable result, then turn and zoom in with a setup banner showing who chooses the starting player. Reduced-motion mode shows a stationary result.
Sealed packs now deal onto one table, move into place when selected, and tear as you drag. Swipe or tap through centered card reveals, then continue directly to the next pack. Opening progress is preserved, sounds are on by default with your mute preference remembered, and the final gallery highlights standout pulls and groups duplicate copies.
Quick Match now shows an animated rift while searching and a card-flight transition when a match is found, with reduced-motion support.
Cards and Deck Builder now include the Lunar Revel Irelia, Blade Dancer promo print (SFD-195A) with its exact Chinese card artwork, and deck-code imports preserve that exact print.
Simulator Main Deck and Rune Deck pointer controls now use Command on Apple devices and Control on Windows/Linux, so macOS Control-click looks at the Main Deck instead of burning a card, and repeated Control-clicks reveal additional cards from the top.
Best-of-3 timing details now show both players' action-clock time for each game in the series alongside the score and total game duration.
Simulator disconnect notices now sit outside the local and opponent point rails instead of covering score markers.
Clicking a Simulator nameplate now opens a restrained identity card with subtly decorated borders matching the nameplate, up to five badges in one row, and each badge's details on hover, focus, or tap.
Multiplayer Best-of-1 sideboarding now requires every player to accept a skip request; accepting restores the originally submitted decks even after sideboard changes were locked, while declining keeps those changes.
Quick Match now lets players recover or cancel an earlier search that survived an interrupted browser session, instead of leaving that Best-of queue unavailable.
Sealed now asks players to choose a format or open Saved Drafts before starting; its responsive tray shows complete pack and starter-kit artwork, while review adds directional stack motion, landscape Battlefields, and instant changes with reduced motion.
The homepage now links directly to Your decks above the fold on desktop and mobile, with the same shortcut also available in the deck section.
The Simulator lobby now offers Command/Control-K quick card search, larger card previews, a direct Card Browser link, and card details with rendered rules icons and a TCGPlayer purchase link.
Opening the Simulator now keeps a compact, responsive lobby frame visible while the live session becomes ready; if setup stalls, it offers a retry instead of waiting indefinitely.
Simulator Random battlefield choices now recover after an interrupted confirmation without choosing a different battlefield or submitting the choice twice.
Players now see warnings in the Simulator and can receive moderation notices by email. Ban emails open the exact ban details and appeal form directly, while the fallback appeal flow verifies the account email before asking for an appeal.
The Privacy Policy now explains how moderation reports, warnings, bans, appeals, and related transactional notices are processed.
