DWO's Budget Teemo

Upgrades:

First upgrades: remove the 2x Bone Skewer and 2x Evelynn for 2x Temporal Breach and 2x Vex, Apathetic.
Second upgrades: remove 1x Dr. Mundo, Expert for 1x Thousand-Tailed Watcher.
Third upgrades: update sideboard, need to keep Acceptable Losses and Star Crossed, but other cards are up in the air.

Tips:
Play for early conquers/holds using Sprites/Hidden units, this deck is very good for getting to 4-6 points VERY quickly.
Then you play to hold as much as possible, use your hidden cards effectively and you may win very fast.
Your win condition cards late game can often come down to 3x Switcheroo or 3x Temporal Breach (on Teemo, Strategist for double defensive trigger).
