Rek - Version 0.2
雷克塞,虚空遁地兽 · 雷克塞,黄沙噬猎

Easy wins mocking people playing with 200$usd signatureless decks with something cheaper than a Starter Deck.
Basic guidelines:
Don't fight for Holds, fight for conquer triggers. If possible, just leave a single small unit at conquered battlefields.
-Always activate Rek'sai's ability, even if you don't have any energy left. Revealing an Undertitan gives you 2 Floating Energies, which is enough to play about 87% of your full decklist's other cards.
-Build a strong army in base, don't bother trying to hold onto a battlefield other than for the 8th point.
-Rush in to conquer, let your unit die on their turn, reconquer on yours and repeat as many times as possible with the smallest amount of units possible on every turn. Your opponent will slowly empty their hand while you play off the top of your deck.
-Conquering brings in more units and gives the same amount of point while also keeping a healthy hand. It is much more valuable than holding for this deck's engine.
-Try to keep at least 1 Yellow rune when recycling with Void Rush, since you have less than Red runes and need them for Undertitans big pushes, Cull the Weaks and Emissaries' empowering cost.
-We have more Red runes for Accelerate costs. Do not accelerate on turn 1-2, it will get in the way of using your Rek'Sai's ability properly.
Battlefields:
-The Candlelit Sanctum on first round makes your Rek'Sai(Legend) ability even more useful while your opponent hasn't yet side decked. On conquer: activate Candlelit before activating Rek'Sai.
-Dusk Rose Lab gives you a free conquer point instead of a holding point + drawing a card, giving you a free Rek'Sai activate, which is much more advantageous than a holding point
-Forbidding Waste helps a lot by making all of your units potential conquer threats by themselves as the attacker in 1on1 showdowns. It also takes advantage of your fast unit spawns by exchanging units one at a time until you get to that -2 threshold point for consistent easy conquers. Plus, we don't mind losing our unit on their next turn, so the ''cons'' side of the battlefield's effect suits our engine too.
Gameplan:
1st to go because you're a winner:
-Mulligan :
Carrion Dredger is the best option turn 1 when 1st to go and Daring Poro would be the 2nd best thing.
but generally speaking, just get a turn 1 and 2.
reroll an Undertitan if you have 2 in hand or need a turn 1 and 2.
do not overdo it.
drawing Undertitans instead of revealing them with rek'sai(Legend) or Void rush because of overdoing it in the mulligan makes you reevaluate your whole life decisions.
-turn 1:
play a 2 cost, prioritizing Carrion Dredger or Daring Poro. there's a 98% chance that you have at least one in hand if you've followed the mulligan guidelines. If you're that unlucky 2%, I apologize and am sorry. Maybe just stand up, give up, burn the deck and put out the fire with your tears. I'm sure you didn't deserve this.
-turn 2:
As soon as it's your turn, conquer and activate Rek'Sai(Legend) to appropriately chain with the conquered battlefield and get a unit in base from your deck. If you still have enough mana left, play another unit from hand.
-turn 3 and over:
Play a unit or spell before conquering and activating Rek'Sai to trigger Noxus Hopeful's Legion.
After playing a card, conquer a battlefield to activate our Queen's ability and get another unit in base, possibly a Legion activated Noxus Hopeful.
2nd to go, because at least you've tried:
-Mulligan:
Faithful Manufactor is your best turn 1 being 2nd to go.
Daring Poro would be my 2nd favorite option, just in front of Carrion Dredger for 3rd best.
You have a 3cost in your champion zone if everything goes wrong.
Regarding Undertitan rerolls, the same rules apply as first to go.
-turn 1:
Play either:
Faithful Manufactor to pressure for 2 points on turn 2 if they haven't played anything
Daring Poro for a single 3might unit on attack next turn for a reconquer
Carrion Dredger is good because of its versatility (w/ cull of the weak, cleave, blood rush for a surprisingly big attack turn 2 and token spawn on deathknell for a second free conquer on turn 3)
Rek'sai(Champion) from the champion zone for a single unit 4might on attack next turn
Any other unit.
following that priority order.
I wouldn't recommend accelerating Legion Rearguard because you wouldn't remove one of their unit and can only pray to come across an Undertitan with Rek'Sai's reveals to possibly get some value out of this play.
-turn 2:
pretty much the same gameplan as ''1st to go''.
altho you also have the ability to try and contest their conquer with a cheap spell to maybe play Noxus Hopeful on conquer.
if you suspect your opponent has a response to it, just conquer the free battlefield and activate your beautiful girl, Rek'Sai to build up your base.
with the same reasoning as said for turn 1; do not accelerate Rek'Sai if you end up playing her, unless you can at least get an enemy unit out of it. With 1Energy left, only an Undertitan reveal would let you get value out of the Rek'Sai ability.
-turn 3 and over:
still the same as ''1st to go''
very straightforward gameplan.
Sideboard:
-3 Brittle steel (or Salvages) against Aurora, Baited Hook and other gear heavy decks. Brittle = 2 destroys at slow speed for 0.12$usd, salvages lets you draw at atcion speed for like 4$usd, but destroy 1 gear. Do what you want with that info.
-3 Decree of Rage to takedown most key green units, like Irelia, even in base. You can also use it to bring down a unit's HP to a low enough point where to make it so you can exchange a cheap unit to take it down. It also can't be countered.
-3 Hidden Blades if you need to kill your own units to free some space for a conquer against a slow deck or have specific threats Such as Vilemaw(Green), Irelia, Hwei, Yi... you get the idea. It's also useful against control decks by killing off your own unit after they've paid the cost and targetted it, letting you draw 2 for a unit that would've died anyway. It's also better than Cull the Weak if they play a lot of cheap units.
-1 Long-Sword if they counter spells. it also stays in play so it can also help with future conquers.
Now go bully some Yis, Irelias and Kennens handling your nearly exclusively common cards while their deck is worth a monthly car payment.
