Izaya - GUNSHOT RIVEN

Run down battlefields with RIVEN and her massive armory.

Outrade your opponent with RIVEN passive and an aggressive army at her disposal basically, 
If you can set her up and drop MISS FORTUNE riven will be almost unkillable transforming her into a disgusting threat that would proc her damage passive every single one of your turn.

You also have STAR SPRING as battlefield allowing you to access the motion needed to reset RIVEN.

The gear provides stats and general utility but stronger of all is GUARDIAN ANGEL, it allows you to reset and shoot again if stuff goes bad.
When you play onto different battlefield i would side out aphelios and play 2x of MISS FORTUNE, RIVEN hits she moves and ready her. You can reset her after scoring and not risk losing your main damage source.

If you can drop JAX, expecially if you cannot access MF, it's still great having reaction on gears will simplify your life by a lot.
The list is pretty straightforward for anything else.
