Disclaimer: I am only getting into RB as Radiance releases with my LoL main, J4.

Updates in v2 (Inspiration from 'lucaqualunque' on PiltoverArchive):
3x Honest Broker -> power hungry deck
2x Kennen -> cheaper Vi
3x Kinkou Initiate -> bit more consistent draw
2x Ambessa -> solid late game unit
1x Tactical Retreat -> saving J4 etc. to maintain Action speed
1x Star Spring -> preserving unit value

Summary of v1:
5x Deploy Gear didn't feel consistent enough -> 8x (2 posters, 3 armories, 2 flags, 1 lock-up)
2x Hold 'Em -> Call to Glory (if running more buff units instead)
1x Cataclysm -> sideboard (feels like not required every game even when drawn)
2x Qiyana -> 2x Nidalee (felt expensive, bad curve going second and power issue hopefully alleviated with 3x Honest Broker)
1x Graves -> +1x sideboard
1x Vi -> 2x Kennen (cheaper)
2x Elnuk -> removed
1x Corina Veraza -> removed
1x Targon's Peak -> 1x Star Spring (preserving valuable units)

Feedback is really appreciated, still learning about RB and how to play but always had an interest in theory crafting/deck building.
