The Grandest of all Stratagems!

With the Grandest of all Stratagems, you'll be doing exactly that! Build your force of Peons, give em +5M, and have them write nasty online posts about your enemies!

With this deck. you'll be focusing entirely on building your base of Recruits, and then once Grand Stratagem is pulled, full send them in like the army they were meant to be.

• Recruits, Recruits, Recruits! Noxian Emissary, Rally the Troops, Vaguard Cap, and Yellow Seraphine all give you the Army you need. Smack 2 Eye of the Heralds on Yellow Seraphine, and watch her zip zap around summoning more and more fans every turn.
• I put a Spell on you! (Even more on theme if you have SEVENTEEN Recruits!). By generating Recruits, you're creating the engine for your Seraphine Legend. Use her to get free High Notes, cheaper Encore's for more recruits, or additional cards, or 2 damage, and even discount the Grand Stratagem!
• Hold the Battlefield! Yellow Seraphine gets +1M for every exhausted unit, so you're incentivized to use your fans for your own benefit! How can they expect you to do the job of a KPOP Idol if they don't tirelessly devote themselves to your power? Use the spells to help supplement her, and keep her alive!

On the real, you want to aim for Turn 1. With that you want to open with Noxian Emissary or Sprite Fountain for the early conquer or the Recruit generation. Avoid exhausting your whole board just because you can. The goal is to slowly ramp up to a repeatable advantage rather than just full send every single time to get 1 point.

Once we get to mid game, start pressuring your opponent. Send a platoon of recruits as sacrificial pawns to get rid of their smaller units. We can't really knock out giants yet, so whittle them down bit by bit to push them out of the battlefield, or if holding, bait them in to hit with a High Note or Frigid Touch. Bait them into a bad matchup.

Late Game we are pulling it all out. By this point you should have more than a Dozen or so Recruits at Base. Drop those Grand Strats, and overwhelm them! You could arguably put in 3 of them, but I find I tend to only use 2 per game anyway, so there's no need for a 3rd.

Will you win consistently??? NO! Wil you likely win a Skirmish? PROBABLY NOT! Will you hate yourself for the terrible draw and hand??? PROBABLY YES! BUT THAT'S THE LIFE OF AN IDOL!
