V2 of the Riven build. Ended up removing some more "flavorful" units like Caitlyn/blitz as I found a cheaper, more value-focused approach works better!
A simple value-based Riven deck built from current Irelia/Akali lists!
As with all movement-based decks, Stellacorn Herder, Reckless Innovator, and Treasure Hunter are the core of this deck. Tideturner allows you to squeeze more value (also good exhaust target) and can be played hidden to mask Back Off or Zhonyas. Astral Heron works great here (as it does in every deck...) with all the hidden cards and can allow some for hard-to-spot combat tricks and interaction.
Riven Deserter herself can be a potent attacker and lends herself very well to combat tricks (reaction-speed ready/exhaust shenanigans). The standard 3x Defy and Discipline are here, accompanied by 2x gust (great for our units too) and 2x meditation (synergizes especially well here). Ride the Wind deserves 3x copies as one of the best spells in this deck and we run the classic Rebuke/Switcheroo/Star-Crossed interaction trio.
The Windswept Hillock battlefield is an auto-include in every Riven deck. Star-Spring is also basically an auto-include in mobility decks. Hunter's Circle, while it will benefit our opponents, seems too good to leave up. Rest of deck/sideboard is pretty self-explanitory.
